I started CF Legal because I kept seeing the same thing — immigrant families in Southwest Florida, working families trying to navigate the legal system on their own, paying thousands of dollars to attorneys for paperwork that didn't require an attorney. Or worse, paying "notarios" who promised legal help and delivered nothing.

I got certified through the Paralegal Institute of the Americas specifically in immigration paralegal training so I could do this right — correctly, legally, and affordably. Every form I prepare, I treat like it belongs to someone I know personally. Because usually, it does.

I'm available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because immigration deadlines don't wait for business hours. A deportation notice arrives on a Friday night. A work permit expiration is discovered on a Saturday. I am here when you need me — not just Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.

This is not a call center. When you call (305) 290-1198, you get me — Cristina — or someone from my team who knows your case. We serve Naples, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, and all of Collier and Lee Counties. We also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) so we can serve clients anywhere in Florida.

Me certifiqué a través del Paralegal Institute of the Americas en entrenamiento específico de paralegal de inmigración para poder hacer esto correctamente — de forma legal y asequible. Cada formulario que preparo, lo trato como si le perteneciera a alguien que conozco personalmente. Porque generalmente, así es.

Estoy disponible las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana porque los plazos de inmigración no esperan el horario de oficina. Un aviso de deportación llega un viernes por la noche. Una expiración de permiso de trabajo se descubre un sábado. Estoy aquí cuando me necesitas.

Specialized training in immigration paralegal procedures, USCIS form preparation, adjustment of status, family petitions, work authorization, DACA renewals, and Florida-specific document requirements. Cristina completed this program specifically to serve immigrant communities in Southwest Florida correctly and legally.
